These terms describe how Pulix provides products and services, how orders work, and the responsibilities of both parties.

1. Scope of service

Pulix supplies professional hygiene, cleaning, paper, equipment and related solutions, along with consulting and logistics support. These Terms apply when you request a quote, place an order, or otherwise purchase or receive our products or services.

Certain services may also be covered by a separate contract or service level agreement (SLA). In the event of conflict, the signed contract / quote / SLA takes priority.

2. Orders, pricing & availability

Pricing and availability may vary over time and may depend on quantities, delivery location(s), and product specification. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, quoted prices are exclusive of VAT and shipping.

Placing an order implies that you (or your company) are authorized to make the purchase on behalf of the business.

3. Delivery & logistics

We aim to provide 24–48h delivery across Switzerland, subject to stock levels, geography and agreed schedule. We will coordinate delivery windows with you where possible.

Risk in the goods typically transfers upon delivery to your designated receiving point. Please check deliveries promptly and notify us of any issues.

4. Product information & compliance

We can provide safety data sheets (SDS), certificates, compliance information and usage instructions on request. You are responsible for ensuring that products are used according to applicable regulations for your environment.

Where dosing instructions or handling guidance are supplied, these must be followed by your staff for safety and performance.

5. Payment terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within the payment terms stated on the invoice. Late payment may result in suspension of further deliveries.

We reserve the right to request partial or full prepayment in certain cases (for example, special orders or large volume).

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pulix will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profit, production downtime or reputational damage resulting from use of our products or services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law (for example, gross negligence or intentional misconduct).

7. Warranties / defects

If you believe products are defective or do not match agreed specifications, you must inform us promptly. We will work with you to repair, replace or credit, in line with our standard commercial practice and any written agreement in place.

8. Governing law & jurisdiction

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, our proposals, quotes or deliveries will be handled under Swiss jurisdiction.
